Jinqiu Technology PBS-130/4000 is a self-developed and manufactured 4+1 axis CNC press brake with dual-direction servo pump control, designed for high-end sheet metal processing. Adopting an advanced EHPU servo pump system, it saves up to 70% energy, runs with low noise and low oil temperature, and supports stable 16-hour continuous operation to reduce production cost. The back gauge adopts dual linear guide rails to enhance transmission stability and improve bending accuracy. It is also equipped with a sheet metal cover to prevent accidental contact with workpieces or other objects, reduce damage, and extend service life.
The deflection compensation adopts a bidirectional integral crowning bar structure with an internally maintenance-free design for life. It allows independent compensation at any single point both longitudinally and transversely, effectively ensuring bending angle accuracy and straightness.
The compensation table is equipped with a central groove, which can accommodate not only double-V lower dies but also single-V lower dies. This avoids workpiece interference and further improves bending precision.
