Our company produces synthetic fiber lifting slings, the upgraded replacement for traditional steel wire ropes used in hoisting operations. Compared with similar metal rope chains, these slings are relatively lightweight, safer, simpler and faster to operate, reducing the risk of reverse injury to personnel.
They also feature shock absorption, corrosion resistance, non-conductivity, and spark-free operation in flammable and explosive environments, minimizing damage to operating surfaces and painted finishes during lifting work.
Made from high-quality polyamide and polyester industrial filament yarns, the sling consists of a load-bearing sleeve (core) formed by endlessly wound, parallelly arranged fiber bundles, paired with a specially designed wear-resistant outer cover. The flexible cover does not bear load but only protects and reinforces the fiber bundles, extending the sling’s service life.
The sling maintains excellent performance stability, with no strength degradation over time. Multiple tests have proven that in cases of severe overload or local damage to the core caused by long-term use, the outer cover will break first as a visible warning to prevent accidents. This is one of the most unique advantages of this sling: the condition of the outer cover is the only scrapping standard, making daily safety inspections straightforward.
The sling also has lower risk of damage from minor impacts during lifting compared to other lifting tools, and offers high resistance to carbon compounds and most chemical solvents.
